The Competition pack is
compact, low-profile design for riders planning shorter
outings and the Adventure pack is designed for
extended outings where extra gear is necessary. Both can
be worn as a fanny pack or mounted to a rear fender or
bike rack. These durable and lightweight packs are
double sewn and feature heavy duty ballistic nylon
material, self-healing YKK zippers, heavy duty elastic
and quick-release non-slip buckles.
Features: Integrated workbench, custom designed space for T-handle
tool set, vinyl map pocket, pouch for spare loose items,
extra elastic loops to secure gear, removable waist
belts with zippered hip pockets for quick access to
small items, and padded accessory pocket for extras such
as wallet, cell phone or GPS. |

versatile, light weight and durable. Made from high
quality tool steel, finished in chrome vanadium and set
in die-cut foam, this set will work for most any type of

gauge stainless steel safety wire with every
kit. Can be used to jurry-rig things like
exhaust pipes with broken mounts or broken
throttle and clutch cables. |

small package of 4-inch plastic removable cable
ties. Weighs less than
.5 oz, our zip ties are just the right size to
pack in our kits. We use cable ties to secure
anything that doesn't get hot including floppy
kick starters, side stands that like to drop
over jumps, hydration tubes, any type of cables,
etc. |

Duct tape may be the most
universally used repair item known to man. Flat
Pack Duck Tape® comes in a flattened roll that
contains only 3 yards of tape and weighs just
over 1 oz. This stuff is perfect for any trip
where weight and size are at a premium!

electrical tape with all of our kits. This is
flame resistant 7 mil vinyl, comes in 20 foot
rolls and weighs just over an ounce.
We use electrical tape for everything from
wiring repairs to taping roll charts. |

Loctite 242 (blue) threadlocker with all our
kits. It is used to secure aluminum fasteners
that range in size from 6mm (1/4") to 20mm

gauge coupled with either our CO2 inflator or
our mini air pump allow for quick and easy trail
side adjustments anytime you encounter changes
